SIR KINDLY IS YOUR COMPUTER HAVE THE PLUG ELECTRICAL IN APPROPRIATE OUTLET?
Posted on 8/24/13 at 6:47 pm to stout
The two I added after the edit are in the same place QnC is in the bios. The other ones are at the top of the overclock page if you're on Asrock bios version 1.60 or 1.70

Appreciate the help from you guys and others. I feel like an idiot having almost bought that PC.

Hahaha I didn't really help but thanks. When you do build you learn things too and makes it more fun than just opening a box that's ready to go. I built mine for gaming but now it's equally a hobby for me now.

I've done some work on an earlier PC I had but it was simple stuff like putting in a new graphics card and adding a DVD Rom drive. Never built one from scratch.

Too bad I'm on my phone or you would've faced the "wall o text"
Also, I'll just outright say it. Pirate windows. Steal it. Illegally possess a fully unlocked copy of windows 7 ultimate. Torrent it.

It's pretty much the same process as installing those things. I built mine in less than an hour the fist time I ever built. It's pretty hard to mess things up. Everything labeled and plugs and connectors are specific to each other. Also, do what LSU said and pirate windows.
I'm getting on now nappy

Since the OT is ridiculous, I will ask this here. Anyone dealt with anxiety issues? How did you handle it? How bad was it?

I usually just rub one out and no more anxiety

Quick fix: pot
But seriously, I was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. I take Vyvanse, an amphetamine which kind of makes the anxiety worse. But I've learned that my anxiety stems from uncertainty, inactivity, being idle, gives me too much time to let my mind wander to irrational thoughts about things I can't change. I discovered I am actually less anxious under pressure. Deadlines, lots of personal projects, even better if they aren't self-imposed. Like my second child on the way, and the effort that will involve for the next 18 years and beyond. shite that I can't do anything to stop, so I just dive in head first. I occupy my time with a variety of hobbies with that same attitude as well.
My doctor did give me prescription medication for anxiety as well a few years ago, but I didn't like the idea of more pills, and didn't like its effects.

I'm not big on medication either. It runs in my family and I am starting to realize I have it too. I just dont want it to effect me anymore than it has to.
