I never did ask if my mic sounded ok. The TV was on two feet away from me, but I was using a Yeti Blue with the gain all the way down so it wouldn't pick up ambient noises. I assumed it was fine since no one complained, but I haven't calibrated it for skype.

It was fine. I know mine picks up my dogs in the background but hopefully they aren't too bad.
Blue's roommate in the background blasting the TV at full blast is the only time I get annoyed when we are in a group chat.

You were fine. The only time I couldn't hear you was when we were in a subway tunnel with 5,000 explosions going off every second.

My computer fricking locked up again. 
I am 99.999999999999% sure this is a flash issue because it didn't happen once the past 3 days when I was playing stuff like Tomb Raider, Battlefield 3, and GTA IV, but all of a sudden today I feel like playing Binding of Isaac, a game that uses flash, while I watch a twitch stream and the fricker locks up. What a piece of shite program.
I am 99.999999999999% sure this is a flash issue because it didn't happen once the past 3 days when I was playing stuff like Tomb Raider, Battlefield 3, and GTA IV, but all of a sudden today I feel like playing Binding of Isaac, a game that uses flash, while I watch a twitch stream and the fricker locks up. What a piece of shite program.

I had something weird happening to me like this recently.. I can play Tomb Raider on Max settings, but for some reason the 2d side scroller, Dust, caused my framerate to go down significantly on one of the levels.. what the heck?!

I did some research on Dust when I was having those issues, and it looked like this was the case for it as well.. the solution was actually forcing the game to only use 2 of my cores instead of 4, very very odd.

Yeah, thankfully they're coming out with a revamped non-flash version some time soon. I don't think my problem is common, though, because I've google searched and never found any info about Isaac specifically causing this.
