And if you have a cool keyboard like me and LSUToo you can view all of it on the built in screen on the keyboard.

$100 for a non mechanical keyboard!?
Posted on 8/1/13 at 8:01 pm to bluebarracuda
I don't like mechanical. Can't stand the fricking noise and I bought mine for $59 when Best Buy was clearing out the G510 for the G510s that just came out.
I like the macro options and you can download tons of pre-programed game profiles for it as well as tons of apps for the screen. I use a Skype app, afterburner app, CPU monitoring app, BF3 app, and a ton of others.

Wait...I thought you and LSUToo had the G9X like me?
Maybe I misread that when you posted. Guess I am the only one with it. Oh well...

Hay guyz
Let's discuss mouse pads. Are you in the camp of "I don't need one" or must you have one with very specific features and a precise coefficient of friction for your particular mouse? Or somewhere in between?
I've been using this one for a couple of years, and it's worn out and there's a big slice in the middle from a recent mishap with a box cutter, so I was just going to order another one because I liked it. Mostly liked its size, and I like that it's more resistant than some of the smoother "gaming mouse pads" like the metal or plastic surfaces, or the microfiber.

Browns and blacks are silent. Really only blue switches make noise.
Lost of mechanical keyboards have a bunch of macros. The razer black widows have a good bit of macros with great programming software.
I'm hoping my monoprice mechanical keyboard will be here soom

I hate the way Razer stuff looks....all of it. Always have.
I have no complaints with my keyboard and have had it for 6 months now.

No, I have a G9X and a G500. Got the G500 first a few years ago, and in December I bought the G9X and use that one primarily. I really only bought it because I was in Baltimore on business, discovered there was a microcenter, nearby, and was dead set on buying something that would fit in my carryon.
