Hmm, weird. Did you install the drivers for it?
After that, I'm not sure.

I would like to get some insight from you guys on a second NVME drive that I installed on a Asus G15 laptop. I can see said drive listed in asus Bios and see it is listed in device manager in the disk drives subsection but I can't find the drive in disk Management service. (I see the 1TB OS/primary drive listed but not the 2TB new install drive). Is there something that I am missing?
It’s been a few years since I ran into an issue like this, and I can’t remember exactly which fix worked, but it was something along these troubleshooting lines: LINK

Looks like the launch date for the RTX 4070 is rumored to be April 13. Expectations are that it will perform roughly like a 3080. If that's the case, it needs to list at $599 or better for anyone to give a shite. Any higher than that and it's DOA just like the rest of the 40 series outside of the 4090. Rumors expect $699, which would be laughable.
Alleged leaks are pegging MSRP at $599, which was the very top of my anyone will give a shite range. I think think it's overpriced by a solid $100, but if it gives the rumored 3080 level of performance at a much lower power draw and giving access to DLSS 3.0, as much as I may not like the value, it will likely sell quite well.

Just as many Cuda cores as the RTX 3070, with a smaller memory bus with slightly faster memory - Increase by 100!

Good lord AMD is just shitstomping Intel again in the CPU space. AM5 is starting to come alive in sales, top 8 CPU sales are all AMD.
GPU space AMD continues to sell far better. 4070ti absolutely tanks after an okay first week (370 to 30). Top 4 GPU's sold all AMD. 7900XT after the price drop still nearly doubling the 4080 in sales.

Are these numbers from that same place you mentioned earlier? Never in my life have I heard of mindfactory

It's like Germany's newegg, only they post of all their sales so you can see exactly what is selling and what isn't.
Wish America did more of this. Would love to see actual real reported sales numbers weekly. Hell even monthly.

I was so confused by the low sales across all the cards
Makes sense now that it's a German site

All we get is a "top sellers" section which still doesn't tell us shite for actual sales numbers.
That being said AMD owns the top 4 on Amazon.

Piggybacking off of all of AMD's sales success, their stock is up 25% over the last month.

Not surprising, I remember when the 3000 series was dropping and people kept trying to make excuses for shitty 8GB cards that were already too low back then. Nvidia loves them some anti-consumer tactics. Always have.

Honestly... AMD could not introduce another CPU this year after the 7800X3D, keep selling the 5800X3D and 5700X and they'll still probably come out great.

Is UH OK?
I'd figured he'd be bragging about the 7800X3d chips.

Well we've known for months that the 7800X3D was a monster and was going to obliterate Intel.
Really not much new to speak on. It happened.

Don’t get the point of the 7950x3d or 7900x3d though.
Just comes across as a money grab releasing those way before the 7800x3d.

I can get the 79503d. People who want to game and do production work on the side. I don't get the 79003d tho.
Speaking of which. amd offering discounts of up to $100 on 7900 and 79503d.

Yeah, the 7800x3D is what we thought it would be, and the 7950x3D is for those who have a bit more money than sense, but the 7900x3D is straight up garbage that never should have been released. I honestly have no idea what AMD was thinking. The little bit of sales they got on that sku isn’t worth the bad press they are getting over it.

RTX 4070 is just boring. $599? lol
Remember the 2070 being at $399? The 2070 Super being at $449-$499?
The RTX 3070 being at $499?
Just boring AF.

Yup. This whole gen sucks. Though because the 4070 is a less bad value than other RTX offerings, it will likely sell fairly well, unfortunately. Prices either need to come down, or this generation is a skip for me. There’s just nothing interesting to me this generation from either AMD or Nvidia, outside of the 4090, which is likewise terribly overpriced. Whole damned generation is frustrating. Hopefully next will be better.
