Samsung planning to launch QD-OLED monitor

Will cost 5 grand but hey! Sick!

QD-OLED seems to be picking up a ton of steam lately. Samsung supposed to decide in May whether or not to continue forward with it.

Samsung is betting hard on their 2021 MiniLED TV's.

quote:

Samsung Electronics is planning to ship 2 million miniLED TVs next year. The South Korean tech giant expects the models to be sufficient to stand toe-to-toe with LG’s OLED TV in the premium sector for the next two to three years. If this pans out, it will likely shift to QNED more aggressively rather than put too much efforts in QD-OLED.

Black Friday deal: SK Hynix P31 Gold NVME 500 GB SSD (PCIe 3.0 x 4) $59.99

LINK

Hell of a deal. I have an SK Hynix 1 TB Sata SSD for game storage, but I vouch for this brand. Compares very favorably to the Samsung 970 Evo Plus and the Western Digital SN750.

Does anyone here use the g pro wireless? I'm looking at getting the lightweight one, but how does it's size compare to the g403/603/703?

I have the Pro and the 703. Much prefer the Pro. Smaller, lighter, and more ergonomic

This is exactly what I didn't want though

I absolutely love the size of the 703 as a palm gripper

Get the death adder wireless then. I like the g pro but sold it for a final mouse air 58.

I think if I do the g305 mod and new buttons, it’s perfect

I didn't like how "flat" the 305 is

Probably will just stick with the g703 since it's been my baby for the past few years

Whatever card you can get your hands on first is the way to go.

Unless you specifically need good RT performance, AMD has a very good product right now.

Or you can wait until you get what you want? It’s not like the 6800/6800xt are in stock anyways. Also it looks like all the AMD AIBs are directly inflating their prices so it’s more for a 6800xt than it is for a 3080 if you can get your hands on one.

AMD paper pricing on 6800xt

Absolutely not. AMD has made the greatest overclocking GPUs in history.

Hell we just learned yesterday the 6900XT is the first gpu ever to hit 3GHz on air. I may try for it next week afterall. Less stock than 6800 series though.

I just want to spend a week overclocking like crazy.

AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT: max GPU clock of 3GHz, should stomp on RTX 3090

quote:

the Radeon RX 6900 XT has a GPU clock of up to 3GHz -- annihilating the ~2.4GHz on the Radeon RX 6800 XT reference card and ~2.65-2.75GHz on custom AIB models of the Radeon RX 6800 XT.

Isn't it only like a 4% bump in performance though from non OC to OC? Even smaller from Rage mode to Manual OC.
