Yes and no, enterprise in terms of commercial application, yes.

But they have entry level lines now.

It pays just to spend the extra $150 and go UniFi.

Their Amplifi Alien router looks good, $379 not a bad price for WiFi 6.

I hate the look, too gamer.

Just take down smoke detectors off ceiling, don't need those, and replace with UniFi APs.

I'm confused. In their site is 379 for the HD or whatever then it's 575 everywhere else. Is it just out of stock and people are gouging?

Probably OOS and gauging.

HD is way overkill though. AC Pro is where it's at

So using my mini PC with a video card experiment is a failure Looks like the board cant support a video card.

What are some good NUCs with built in GPUs? I just want something with like 1050ti-ish performance. I'm looking at the Zotac Magnus mini PCs, but the ones I'm looking at use 7th gen i5 low power chips

Yea I was hoping to find something relatively barebones. I would love to be able to plop my 8500t, 16gb sodimm, and 512gb ssd into a nuc with video card already in there

My 2070 Super does get around 80 degrees C in some of the games I play, in others it gets up to around 70 degrees at most.

I created a custom fan curve and now the hottest it gets is about 75 degrees C and the fan noise isn’t too bad.

I use headphones, so it doesn’t really bother me much as is.

At idle, the 2070 super hovers around 32 degrees C.

Even less than I thought.

Also sounds like October release.

That’s great news for pricing for consumers, but at $499 and $549 they better be able to compete with that RTX3070, otherwise AMD will be sunk.

They are competing with the 3080. We've been over this many times.

An 8GB $499 3080 equivalent will sell like hot cakes. That's insane performance for the price.

Yeah... except is AMD competing with what they thought the 3080 was before or after Nvidia’s announcement?

Edit: and yes, if that is the performance, it will sell well

I'm probably looking at a 3080 build.

Is the 3080 going to hit 144+ fps at 4k?

I don't think so. But not sure. I think it's looking like low 100's which IMO is fine.
