I'm thinking that 1 1080ti is the sweet spot.
Good luck with 2 1080's. Most games seem to turn their noses up at SLI.

Yeah, but the benching will be fun as hell, and the games allow it are WTF amazing.

It's just that... benchmarks...
My shite struggles with benchmarks, it's business as usual with normal 1440P gameplay...
Your cpu is also much better than mine as well. It means nothing in most real world scenarios outside of ubisoft games and some RTS games.

It would be nice to clobber a 3dmark benchie, but I no longer give any fricks. It's just too expensive to keep up.
A 7700k @5ghz has very little performance outside of benchies in real performance than my 4770k @ 4.2.

Still wouldn't give more than 400 for a 1080 w/o a warranty or water block included. That's just me.

IPS, 144Hz, Freesync with a great range, seems solid.
