Gears of War UE appears on Windows Store, should be out soon now. I'll probably grab it assuming reviews are decent.

Ya, origin was shite at first. It's not like hate MS. It's just that I find it hard to trust them atm on pc gaming. If they can get it together? Sure, I'll buy from 'em.

Steam isn't the only store I use. I also use origin and gog. I don't use u-play, because frick ubi.

Edit: You'd almost think that companies would try to have smoother launches. Bad word of mouth can be devastating. People still distrust origin.

I honestly think we make it sound easier than it really is. Origin is ok now but it was a disaster. Uplay has gotten better and still has far to go. People who were on Steam in the beginning say it was trash. GFWL stayed trash As frustrating as it is I just expect it.

Then skyrim was revealed. I just upgraded that pos card for a 550ti. I was also on ps3 as my console at the time. Smart move.

If you're impatient, I suppose. Someone selling it used? For 1440P, I'd try to find an R9-390 for around that price instead.

I'm still on 1080. I found the 970 through the EVGA b stock.
