i just got my game from amazon. There is a giant gash on the front of the case that split the plastic and the art down the middle. wtf. can i send the case back or something

wanted the first time i played it to be on next gen. so i wouldn't know what to expect. doing it this way i'll really be able to tell the difference between a game that maxes out this gen and the same game on next gen
