Amazon finally corrected their error. Get this, because the dipshit associate I first spoke with tried issuing me a refund, the only recourse is to accept the refund and then not send the console back to pick up the charge. I just got the refund in my account and in 15 days or so I should incur the exact same amount for not sending back the console.

I'm getting it replaced through MS, I tried getting a replacement through Amazon but they had no consoles in stock to replace it with. I never thought Ryse would be a game worth playing, it may look badass but I certainly don't want it.

I had to call support AGAIN to find the tracking number for my replacement console (that they didn't provide me) - lo and behold it's scheduled to be here friday despite numerous assurances through email and phone that it would be here today. I'm seriously contemplating taking the package from the fedex delivery guy and throwing the box onto the lawn and put a few 9mm rounds into the box.
