The amazon person I was on the phone with went through the whole process of issuing a return label and refund and THEN tells me they don't have any left in stock. What in the actual frick.

went through a job transition. Company lay-offs. Wouldnt be prudent at this juncture. I will pick one up after my probationary period ends with new company. Sometime in December most likely.

GameStop packaged mine well.
The setup is a bia though. Download update. Put nba 2k14 in and it has to read the disc to load whatever on the system. Game starts up and it's installing game. I hope this isn't the case with all games now.
Time consuming as heck and I just want to play a couple games and hit the hay early to go hunt

I've never had to RMA something that wasn't available for quick turnaround.
If my CD drive went out I could easily still download games and/or go to a big-box store and get one for $20.
