Worst words you can hear in game. I don't know what the fracking deal is but it seems to be raining almost 100% of the time. I went to bed with rain. Woke up, it started raining.
The game is a delight when the skies are clear and I'm near blind when it rains. I'm so fracking sick of almost non-stop bad weather.
Feel like I am the Rain God from Hitchhiker's Guide.
I wanted to avoid modding but I might need to dig up a Blue Skies Forever mod if this nonsense doesn't stop.

Nah, I'm referring to something else. I think I'm finishing up the DLC main story line now. Just had some epic shite go down. First battle that I've ever died so many times I almost quit.

I'm using the following mods now, which is making the game so much more... relaxing (or less annoying, I don't know):
- Always full XP
- Indestructible items
- Fast travel from anywhere
Haven't had an issue with rain, but I bet if you install a console enabler you can change the weather at will.

This fricking game man. I have never played a game where I'm legitimately lost when it's over. I don't even want to play anything else. I want more Witcher. It's a double edged sword.. I was eager to get through the DLC because I only have so much free time to play but now that it's over I'm like....frick!

I played the whole main game and first DLC without the mods. Now I'm playing how I want.

I was too caught up in the story to pace myself like that. I might try a NG+ run.

That's pretty much how I played the first time. I cleared every question mark except for those 10,000,000 "?" floating around in the sea by Skellige.
Good thing, too, since I don't have to make potions or spend much money in NG+. Just find the Legendary Witcher gear. I have almost 200,000 gold and more relic swords/gear than I know what to do with. Makes just exploring and doing quests much more relaxing without feeling like I need to horde everything.

I'm really weird about clearing every side thing I can before advancing the story. All the "?", secondary quests, and contracts within my level. I've actually disciplined myself to wait on the contracts as of late. I'll be on my way to do a main quest objective and see a "!" Pop up on the map and be like damn I gotta go get that it's going to bother me . The only thing I'm not doing is gwent. I may backtrack and do what I can with it once I finish everything
I have a buddy that is also real caught up in the main story and has started doing the novigrad quests before even getting the viper gear or doing the Keira Metz quests back in velen. It drives me crazy I'm like dude knock out some godamn side shite before you switch maps!

I had like 30k but then crafted Legendary MasterCrafted Wolfen Gear and that brought me down to 10kish
not even grandmaster. I don't even need or really like the wolf set I was just getting bored with Ursine because its so strong.
then began to craft Manticore gear and realized I needed so much Enriched Dimeritium Plate... crafted 1 piece and im back to broke.
I guess I need to sell off all the useless shite in my stash from the previous playthrough. Like the lvl 35 swords from the regular game, im on ng+ lvl 80 but still kept the lvl 35ish witcher gear crap

That's how I was I even cleared most of the Skellige ?. Then I lost my saves, it's pains me to go back to prior content and see all of the ? all over the place

If you let the signal fire guy run off, there are even more. I just used igni and lit them all aflame.
