My battle.net launcher still shows the game with a 'Pre-Purchase Now' button, even though I redeemed a key I purchased on Humble Bundle to play the Beta. Wtf? Maybe it's only available to pre-download on consoles right now? Either way I never preload as my internet is fast enough and not capped.

i remember seeing something like that during the beta after i redeem the key for it. what i had to do was sign out and sign back in to the launcher.

do you physically type out password each time or do you just double click the shortcut on your desktop and it signs in automatically?

there's a good chance this one will be different since it's cross platform. there may be less PC players at some point, but at least finding a game shouldn't be too difficult with console lobbies being available. thats really the only reason i bought it for PC instead of console.
it worked really well during the beta.

COD is a console franchise. It usually starts off hot on PC and then everyone leaves for better PC shooters. Advanced Warfare was so fun on PC for me but at some point people just stopped playing.

Yeah, that's why I'm glad it was free.
I watched some clips from the beta and it actually looks pretty fun. It'll be the first COD game I've played in over 5 years.

There should be
Console lobbies
PC lobbies
All platform lobbies.
That is how most games do it.

Console players can opt out to console only lobbies, but the cross platform is input based.

Well then, PC will die unless you have console friends. Just like every other COD.
