mammoths aren't bad, because they're so slow.. it just takes FOREVER.. lol

Getting finishing blows on dragons is great! Dragons so far are way to easy.

I took a shot at a mammoth when I was about level 3. Big mistake.
I managed to take down a giant because the terrain kept him from getting to me easily. The ones that could reach me either knocked me across Skyrim or smashed me into the ground.

I took down 2 mammoths and 2 giants level 6. Started out trying to just get 1 mammoth and ended up with all that. I ran under a low bridge then shot arrows and flame magic until they all died. It took about 15 minutes.
Also would it be better to run heavy armor or light armor for something like a battlemage build? I have spell in the left hand and one-armed weapon in the other.

Of course you will have this problem with PC but it is filled with so many bugs for a final release. I'm hoping for a patch in the next few days.

After all my bitching and waiting, I fell asleep early last night. 
Do I have to get the quest to get to the end of the barrow quest. I am at the wall with the symbols on it but can't activate any of them.
I got the golden claw quest but continued cleaning out the barrow after reading the diary but the damn thing won't let me interact with the last door.

That quest seems to be glitchy for a lot of people. Just save and restart.
