Same here. The best I've seen is when my guy jumps on the dragon's head and starts slashing away at it until it drops.

From my research, finishing kill-cams are activated from using a power attack as the killing blow.

Is there any clues as to where all the dragon masks are or do you have to just explore? I haven't gone through with the main quest so my answer may be there.

Look for the Dragon Altars to find some, others are related to quests, and the wooden mask is in the outside portion of Labyrinthine.

haven't played in like 2 weeks. I think I blew my skyrim fuse temporarily, but my roommate is gonna be out of town tonight so I'll probably try to get in a few hours.

I've gotten pretty good at them with my sneak 100 character while using a dagger. run up to somebody when you are in attack mode, hit crouch and you disappear for a second, and melee them with a full attack. Usually you will slip behind them and slit their throat.
Works for 1H sword too. Other than that, I believe it is like others have said, you are able to deal a killing blow and have enough stamina to do it.

I dunno wtf is up with my character (one handed Orc), he can slay trolls, dragons and giants, but If he fights a bandit chief or a couple guys in a row he gets owned.

What armor do you have? My guy has the ancient dark brotherhood armor and most of my upgrades have gone to health and a little to stamina. If i'm taking on a couple chiefs and people I may have to use a potion, but for the most part I can sneak attack the regular bandits.

I have a whole set of dwarves armor, with the chest piece upgraded once.
Eta I should add I'm a lvl17
Most upgrades went to health with one to magic and the rest to stamina

Has anyone found 100% of the locations yet?

Areas level when you enter them. So the areas you first start will always have easy to kill monsters.
At lvl 17, if you enter a new area, all the monsters in that new area will scale to 17 thus they will be harder.
This could be what is happening. Maybe you are used to easy kills in one area that was level locked at a lower level and now you have moved to a new area and the monsters are harder to kill.

Not a clue and that's what I was going to ask.

It appears I will never finish the main quest.
Just got the red fracking ring of death and I'm not buying a new Xbox just to finish the damn game.

The end is a little disappointing.

The end is a little disappointing.
300+ hours of play and I barely started the main quest.
Oh well, I actually have been looking at PC builds and when I finally pull the trigger and build my own pc, I will pirate a computer copy and start over at some point.

The ending sucked big time. They should have at least taken a page out of a MMO's book and made it much more interactive of a fight.
