You don't need a guide. Several walkthroughs and videos online if you get stuck somewhere.

i have my droid next to me at all times when playing. if i can't figure something out i just google "where is ___ in skyrim" or something similar. its crazy how many people post actual videos of games.

i just got this and my first impression is damn the scenery is gorgeous. i'm lvl 3 so i'm basically just going around burning everyone i see and stealing shite. fun so far

Ok, funny glitch/bug/whatever.
Lvl 40 and I decided to do the marriage thing.
Went and got amulet and asked Ysolanda from Whiterun. Went and set up ceremony.
Everytime the guest would arrive at the temple the body of Sven (who I accidently killed as a werewolf very early in the game when he was my follower) would appear and fall on the floor
Everyone including the bride to be would look at him and say "sad", "tragedy" etc and then get pissed at me and leave and it would say marriage failed
Tried arranging ceremony again but they would look at his body rinse and repeat.
Finally dragged his corpse to the bedroom in the temple and shoved him under a bed and rearranged ceremony and it went through fine
funny but frustrating

Hahah yeah I've heard of the friends of the bride appearing even if they are dead. Inventive solution I must say.

I really enjoyed the wedding. I was pleased at how many people made the trip to Riften to see our special day.

How are you burning people?
Im a dark elf and just got to level 2. I am currently on some mission from the Jarl to find the dragonstone.
I just figured out how to use the magic.
I also suck at combat. So far I have been doing work with the giant warhammer but I have been dying a lot. The "block" feature doesn't really block in most cases. I have been fighting the ancient nords.
This game is fricking sweet though. I can't wait to get everything figured out and then I can just walk around destroying everything.

woo hooo my 3rd wife has been doing work, she just gave 4k from the store profits, maybe she saw the two bodies of her predecessors in the back room!
BTW I wish they would hurry up and fire the chick in riften from the fishery so I don't have to listen to her anymore.

SONOFABITCH!!! I zoned into the companion house and now every time I try to zone out it crashes to desktop!!!! I've restarted steam and restarted my computer!

WARNING TO EVERYONE!!!!
I loaded a previous save, went to the companion guild, zone in, tried to zone out, crash to desktop.
I had not saved tonight and lost maxing out alchemy, finding 7 of the barenziah stones, about 4 lockpicking skill ups. make almost half a a level towards 72.

Ok so I am talking to myself tongiht. 
I turned into a wearwolf in the companion house and got attacked by one person there how good is that.

Picking lock I have found that the sweet spot tends to be either at 12 o'clock or near one of the brown spots at 10 or 2.

thanks! I have been trying to figure out how to do it but i usually break a couple of picks before i get it done.

I'm mid-way through lvl 20. Already finished Dark Brotherhood, Mages Guild, and all but the last of the Thieves Guild. I want to hang onto that item a bit longer.
