Don't even try. You are on the PC. Slow down take a break and wait for the massive Mods to come.
Heck, Now that you know how to do everything, it would probably be quicker to start a new toon and use a trainer for 5 skill levels every character level. You would have over 300 more skill levels had you done that from level 1.

OH I am not done. I have my quest to kill EVERYONE in the game.

That's not necessarily true. The trained skills still count toward your levels, but you would be able to get skill ups in those really annoying skills. I got training in alchemy and pickpocket early on until I had trainer followers to take advantage of.

So summoning Dremora Lords is the best thing ever. It is so nice to be able to summon something that can step up to the tougher enemies. Too many times I would have a companion/atronach that would get blasted by low-level enemies. I summon the DL and he handles his own and then comes to help me, badass.

This v1.2 patch is pissing me off. I can't fight a dragon. The damn thing is so erratic I can't bring it down. I'll hit it with a drangrend shout and it flies off a couple miles, backwards, before it lands instead coming down close by.

Things I Have Liked and Disliked
1.Graphics are great
2.Music is fantastic
3.Searching for shouts and masks gives you an actual reason to search caves and temples. Those stones from Oblivion weren't needed unless you chose that one specific sign that kept you from regenerating majicka.
4.Combat is much improved and the AI appears to be much better.
5.I remember early in the thread someone complaining that there were fewer quests to do but I did all of the quests and maxed all of the skills in less time than the 150 hours I have put into this game and I still haven't started the main quest (other than 1st one), the mages guild (other than first one) and I haven't come close to the Dark Brotherhood. So the game is HUGE.
6. Scaling difficulty. In oblivion, you never felt like you were getting Uber GodLike because the monsters scaled with your level. The new difficulty works better but.....
Things I dislike
1.Difficulty. It is too easy. Dragon fights should scale with your character. They should ALWAYS be very tough fights so anytime you hear that dragon roar, you get nervous.
2.Gold is worthless pretty quickly. They really need to make uber houses more expensive. They need to add super unique rare ultra expensive items that cost a kingdom to buy and are better than items you can make. I seem to recall needing money when enchanting. They took that out and need it back in.
3.Yawn. Mostly the same creatures from past games. They need to totally revamp the bestiary. They added a few new creatures but kept most of the same old same old.
4.Where are the dremora? At level 60, I think I have fought 7 dremora lords all from Daedric Quests. Those guys at least put up a fight but They don't seem to spawn anywhere outside of Daedric Quests.
5.Perk Point exchange. At least one quest if not more should give us the ability to change maybe 3 to 5 perk points. Heck, they could make it a pain in the arse quest similar to the Vampirism Cure but repeatable like a bartender bounty.
6.I have gotten myself stuck 3 times inside dungeons. When you get stuck in the main world, you can just fast travel away. When stuck in a dungeon, you have to reboot an earlier save. They need to come up with a fix to fast travel from a dungeon so you don't have to reboot from an earlier point.
7.They took too much of the grind out. I really think this had more to do with the 11-11-11 release date than actually purposely making the game easier. I think they just ran out of time.
You should get far more XP making a daedric armor than making an iron dagger. You also should not be able to level smithing to 100 in one day or enchanting or alchemy. It should take far more total XP to get that high.
8. Items. I think the best items should be found not made. This keeps you hunting longer. I also think they should be set up more like Diablo. People still play Diablo II hoping to get the super rare super unique drops. Diablo II has like a zillion combinations for weapons and armor which I know would be harder to do with the better textures in Skyrim, but I think there needs to be a bit more randomness to the treasure and I think some items found in game should dwarf what we make.
9. Soul gems. They are everywhere. Too many people have them and they are in too many chests. I have so many soul gems at the moment that I could arm the entire pentagon with top notch military gear. Stores should have a very limited supply of soul gems. This makes enchanting way too easy. Especially the abundance of Filled Grand Souls.
Overall, this probably is the best game ever for me. Morrowind used to be best ever. My main nitpick is the difficulty level. I like the changes to monster difficulty but I think it needs to be executed a little better.

quote:I've been lucky. I think I've killed about 5 dragons since the patch and none of them have acted weird. Once you have the dragon's attention, find a big open spot and it will land most of the time.

Other than the resistance issue the only problem I am having is more crashes to desktop.
Posted on 12/3/11 at 12:31 pm to DoUrden
My screen load times has greatly increased. I think my saved game is now about 14 mb and every single load screen takes more than minute if not longer. This was happening before the patch and has continued since the patch.
Posted on 12/3/11 at 1:08 pm to TigerMyth36
My save folder is 15.3 and I have no load issues (PC)
Posted on 12/3/11 at 1:12 pm to DoUrden
Xbox has definite load issues. It used to be just on occasions the load times would slow but now it is every single load screen takes forever. In some instances I can get up, use the bathroom, grab a drink, write a book and come back just as it finishes.

Is it possible to delete older saves on consoles?
Posted on 12/3/11 at 1:19 pm to DoUrden
Possible new re-spawn bug after the patch. The archmage quarters don't seem to be replenishing soul gems and reagents.
Posted on 12/3/11 at 1:30 pm to DoUrden
quote:Yeah. You can go into the console dashboard and system memory and delete individual saves.

When I first got the game and up until the last patch, I did not have one single desktop crash. Now, just this morning I had 4. Last night I had 3. Last time I played before last night I has 2-3. It's annoying.

That's why we see each other "X is now playing Skyrim" on our screens a lot.

Another glitch. I have done all 5 city assist quests in Solitude but it won't let me finish out the quest and become thane.
Also, I think I did all the bards quest but it won't let me remove the items I gathered. It still says they are quest items and can't be removed.

my nord is turning into a death knight, Arthas style..
Vampyrism (namiras ring)
2handed greatsword with life steal, along with a big arsenal of enchanted 2handers
Heavy armor
Reanimate corpse and raise zombie
low morals
Plowing thru mercenaries though. Trying to heal em with healing hands but eh... On my 4th one I think...

There is someone in Solitude I need to find and kill, when I try to fast travel by the blacksmith it tells me I can't with an enemy nearby.
