I finished placements 3-6-1 and placed plat. First few wins in comp play I was going up 40-50 points and only losing about 20 after a loss. Stuck in a rut now in the 2600's

I finished 6-2-2 in placements and still wound up in gold. I did finish S2 in gold tho.
Won a couple of competitive matches and the rank did increase 80-90 points.
Looks like Blizzard is getting what they wanted out of the change - more people are starting off in gold now.

Went 8-2 on my placements on pc..... Placed 2474. Not gonna lie im pretty salty. I went 6-2-2 last season and placed 2848, but I finished 2400 so it placed me gold.

Rackum and I had a good duo queue going. Need some more to party up on pc to rank up. Solo queuing in gold tier is toxic as shite. We had a bastion and widow

Only thing I dont play much anymore is tank. Lucio on koth, zen/soldier on O and Junkrat or whatever the team needs on D.

Sounds good. I'm switching between DVA and Rein mostly. I also play Ana if I have a Solider or Rein that needs heals.
If I could only get a Soldier or Junkrat to stand behind my shield as Rein

What's y'alls Steam IDs? I only play once or twice a week when I'm jamming over at some friend's house, but I'm pretty damn good (with Lucio at least, lulz) and I'm tired of soloing competitive matches.

I just got diamond tonight boys. Was technically diamond season 1, but this feels much much better, those emblems though. Grinded solo from 2400 gold placements.
