Pillars though when you decided to make the jump, the game was so good the wanted a million to make the second one and raised four million.

Dishonored 2 is enjoyable. Nothing makes you feel more depressed than that world you are thrown into.

I could get Dishonored 2. But I bought Dishonored 1 like 4 steam sales ago and haven't played it yet

1 is the better game. Story keeps you a little more into it.
But the game isn't about the story directly as much as the story being told about the world. It is extremely atmospheric and makes you realize how rotten humans can become.
