Is there anyway to get to seven Spears without attracting all his goons?

Straight ahead from the gate, dont turn up the steps toward Seven Spears, youll see a place to creep around.

either kill them all (recommended) or make a big loop around. from the idol turn around and hop the wall, grapple to branches, kill the alarm guy. creep under the house, stealth kill the guy in the grass, then move down the side of hte cliff. come up behind him for stealth attack

If you had to pick your 3 toughest main bosses and 3 toughest mini bosses, what would they be?
Posted on 4/15/19 at 4:39 pm to WilliamTaylor21
Keep in mind that I did my first playthrough with no resurrections. Could affect my choices. Will avoid spoilers for names
First playthrough
O(F)
Sword Saint
Guardian Ape (overwhelming at first since he's so different from previous bosses, but becomes a joke once you adapt)
NG+ without Kuro's Charm and with Bell Demon
Both O fights (insane HP and posture pools, very long fights with little margin for error)
Demon of Hatred (a few moves that are hard to dodge that take out over 50% of your HP)
2nd Shura ending boss (hits hard, environmental hazards blow)
I will say that the minibosses gave me a lot more trouble in NG+ than the main bosses did. I beat most of the main bosses in a few tries. If you have Kuro's charm and don't activate demon bell, I'd imagine NG+ is a total breeze.
First playthrough
Snake Eyes Shirahagi/Shirafuji
O'Rin of the Water
Corrupted Monk (Illusion)
NG+ without Kuro's Charm and with Bell Demon
Corrupted Monk Illusion (Absurd health pool, tons of posture)
O'Rin of the Water (still difficult and hard to read)
Lone Shadow Masanaga (rematch at Hirata Estates) (hits hard, big moveset that requires quick reaction times and knowledge of variations, calls in dogs, has lots of posture)
All that being said, this game is a lot like learning to ride a bike. Once a boss's moves click with you and you have a feel for their timings, you won't really think of them as "hard." It just turns into a test of focus and endurance.
The additional NG+ difficulty comes from the bigger HP and posture pools, which stretches fights out longer. The longer fights last, the more likely you are to make mistakes. Giving Kuro back his charm also threw me a for a loop. Since you take damage while doing regular blocking, you really have to change your playstyle and nail those perfect deflects.
If NG is about learning the game's mechanics, NG+ without charm is about mastering those mechanics.
For favorite fights - O(F) and Sword Saint. Both all-timers in the Sekiroulsborne catalog. Guardian Ape was a lot of fun too, Miyazaki said it's one of his favorites in the whole series

you'll be rinsing his arse in no time. he's like an appetizer for the main course
you'll be so good at killing him that you'll wonder how you ever struggled

I haven’t fought Sword Saint yet but reading through the subreddit that seems to be a popular choice for toughest boss.
Snake Eyes kicked my arse quite a bit too. His quick shots always caught me off guard but I eventually had his moves damn near memorized.
Yep. I also struggled a ton with the ape. Even the first phase. Died over and over before finally beating him. Then on my next run in with him it was nothing.

I didn’t find him that difficult. Just make sure to avoid his sword arts

Well I finally finished.
My ranking as a noob Soulsborne person as this is my first one:
Most Fun boss was Corrupted Monk real
Best Test of Skill was OF in Hirata
Cheapest fight was Ape
But it's definitely gonna be different depending on the player

Get Bloodborne and Dark Souls Remastered ASAP!

True Corrupted Monk was a serious test of patience. First two phases eventually became easy. Could do them both using no rez and maybe one gourd, but the time I finally downed him I used rez, 9 gourds, 3 pellets, 2 Rice Balls, and 2 Divine Rice.
2nd Owl fight is kicking my arse currently.

Still playing through this after playing through DS3 (frick BlightTown btw )
Really cool to see the two different time periods of Lordran.
Is DS2 worth playing as well?

by far the worst in the series (only one not directed by Miyazaki), but still worth playing and a good game by normal standards. Get the Scholar of the First Sin edition

Whatever a-hole told me this game was similar to Tenchu can go fall off something tall and land on something sharp.
