Yes. The mod community alone makes it worth it.
Check out Fallout 3 Nexus and just check out all of the mods available.

Once I broke through the wall of just not getting the game, Fallout 3 was crazy addicting. I couldn't get into New Vegas like with 3, but that didn't stop me from purchasing the Ultimate Edition for $10.

New Vegas just seems bland and boring whereas the Capital Wasteland had a lot of atmosphere and character.

Was talking to a friend about it yesterday, and he said New Vegas just felt more linear to him.

Only spent 15 bucks so far on 4 copies of L4D2, going to wait towards the end of the sale to purchase a lot of games.

Just forked out $200 for a new phone yesterday, and in a matter of 2 clicks, spent $15 I really didn't need to spend. It's close to snowball time if I don't do something about it.

G&K is a definite improvement, but Civ V is still missing that X factor from Civ IV.

Glad I checked the deals before I left for work or else I wouldn't have seen Fallout:NV.

I think a religion victory option would have helped. Also, if any of you have used the massive vanilla enhancement mod from civfanatics, there are some elements in there that would be welcome in G+K.
