in nascar you don't get extra points for having the fastest time, you get extra points for #winning

Taking the strokes into account means that there is less definitive rankings following the event. I like that idea.

If there is a tie between the leaders at the end of the season then they can settle it with a match play event. And majors will be worth more.

IMO if someone wins a tourney on the real PGA they do get a ton of points and would be at/near the top regardless of the rest of the year.
why not just even out the numbers like so.
1st: 500
2nd: 400
3rd: 300
4th: 200
5th: 175
6th: 150
7th: 100
8th: 85
9th: 80
10th: 75
>10th: 65
or is my simple response not explained difficult enough for you all like AJF's

And because of the new scoring system coming in to play the commish allows Croacka, Devious, and Oub to replay their round

Just and example of how the points are shaping out. Danimal finishes the first two events in 12th and 11th place. With his stroke performance he sits in last in the total standings. Wins Augusta by 1 stroke and it brings him up to 7th in the total standings.
