I wasn't aware of how the "energy bar" worked at the time of that post.
an attack of 45 that takes less energy than an attack of 70 may be better
you will have to look at typing, too.
a 45 attack on a low energy requirement may indeed be best, but if you take it into a battle where the defender is resistant to it, then you are at a disadvantage obv

Did an incense while I went and walked/jogged this morning. Had a lot of pokemon but mostly crap, only thing I got that was worth a damn was a CP 138 pony thing.
In 1 hour I caught:
27 pokemon
1 Doduo
1 Nidorano
1 Bellsprout
1 Psyduck
3 Weedle
1 Ponyta
2 Eevee
Rest were between Rattata and Pidgey
In 1 hour I caught:

They have any pokestops by mojo by any chance?
I like to post up there and get some reading/work done from time to time. Wouldn't mind getting some pokemon work in as well.

ponyta and psyduck are nice catches. I have neither. saw a ponyta once but it ran away in my work parking lot

Thanks, yea I've been trying to get some PM with 45 attacks because total damage-wise I figured that they may be best. I don't know though. I just start two nights ago. My best is only a 587 Golduck.

I'm not sure. I stayed between Louisiana/Napoleon and St. Charles/Magazine. It's crazy how many gyms/pokestops are in that area.

Felt like I caught a bunch of magikarp yesterday but i just checked and i only have about 40 candies. Gonna take forever to get to 400.

What level are you?
In my 45 minute walk last night I caught these, that I remember:
Tauros
Snorlax
Bulbasaur
Exeggcute
Koffing
Beedrill
Eevee
And some other low level stuff.
I was level 6 or 7 when I started my walk/run.
