I would hold off on evolving any eevee that isn't 550+ CP (preferably 650) if you are planning on doing some real damage in the gyms. You will regret wasting that 25 candy down the line.

Agreed. Maybe as a crutch if you've only caught Pidgeys for the past three days, but I like having something random spawn near me and stuff.
Plus it doesn't work for me, so maybe partial jealously when I'm in a rut like today.

Well I have walked 21 kilometers in 4 days just playing this game. 13 miles I wouldn't have otherwise done.
Frick the cheating talk. Still gotta actually go to those locations, plus considering how much wandering around in the desert we've all done in the past week, it's nice compensation.

You guys suck that get great shite that's spawned near you. Nothing remotely cool spawns here 
Going to get crazy later. Our local zoo is hosting a Pokemon Go event that will have lures set up for free from 6-9. About 300 people are going so far

The Pokemon Go pub crawl in NOLA has well over 1,000 people marked as "Going" on Facebook. I was thinking about it until I saw that number. No thanks.

hmm. I was already averaging about 13 miles walking a day before pokemon go came out. I haven't really seen a difference except that I now use both my backup batteries every day

Yeah, the zoo will be pretty epic. Just camping and maxing out all your items. You'll be hard-pressed not to spend money to max out your carrying capacity.
If you find a spot with 3 or more pokestops within range, you won't be able to keep up with the spawns and free spins Might not find a lot of uniques, but you'll get plenty enough to do a lucky egg/power evolve run and level up like a mad man.

Just had a Gastly pop up among some lures as I was walking back to my desk. Nabbed him. Then I sat down and a Scyther is showing up on my radar....but I don't know where he is!
