A few more updates from Bowling's twitter:
1. The throwing knifes the same from mw2.
2. Juggernauts cant jump.
3. There is a color blind assist option.
4. There is a specialty playlist called niche, other specialty playlists include hardcore & barebones.
5. If you are prone near a bouncing betty when it goes off, you wont die.
6. Riot Shield has a few proficiencies (move faster / melee faster).
7. The gear prestige token unlock allows you to carry over one item to your next prestige.

Bowling hints at weapons as part of dlc for MW3:

this game is going to suck i wish there would be more weapons to choose from they keep making the game so simple no thought is put in to the game to make it better it looks like another version of mw2 with better graphics
