Eh, both teams played pretty poorly in that game, it was quite ugly from both sides.
TSM's bot lane didn't get a single kill and Zven did 16K damage in a 41 minute game on Varus, that is bad. Meteos/MY were both invisible and mostly useless, it was the Hauntzer/Bjerg straight carry as they did 31K and 26K damage each.
Same problems, just masked by the 2 man carry.

I mean 100T was a 4-1 team and handed TL their only loss. If you can't find some positivity from that, you're just looking to be negative.
Bjerg looked good in both games this weekend and that's what I've been wanting to see. Getting him a little more comfortable will bode well in the next two weeks
The team still has problems, sure, but the team is trending up. They have two very realistically winnable games this coming week with CG and CLG. If they can sweep another weekend and be 5-3 after started 0-2 they will be in good shape.

Noticed TL has a tough week 4 - C9 and EF. Interested to see how those games go. Should be fun to watch.

After two years of fighting toxicity and trolls, I've made it to Gold V. May be one of my better accomplishments on a game because of the clown fiesta that is ranked on League of Legends.
Spammed Anivia for the most part, played few other champs along the way, but the 70% win ratio on that champ helped me push through.
I went 9-1 in placements and got placed S3, which is where I ended last season after getting all the way to S1 82 LP. It was quite a tilter.
Made it through S3 and S2 pretty easy but S1 was tough, probably a 45-50% win rate in that bracket. I was 0-9 on "Gold Promo" deciding games with 80 lp or higher this season until I finally broke through on the 10th try. Won 3 out of 4 of the first placement games and now I'm done with ranked for a good while.
A true underdog story!

I've gotten 2 of my 3 accounts to gold so far. It seemed much easier to do this season compared to the last few.
My 3rd account is a different story. Went 4-6 in promos, sil 5. Have had many games with seemingly less skilled players and more negative attitudes.
I don't have many champs on the account so it makes it more difficult. I don't use things like 'elo hell', but the game quality from one account to another, playing the same and at the same general skill level is wierd.

Man, KingZone Dragon X is just so damn good right now, no one in League of Legends is even close to them atm. 12-0 game score with Khan.

Nice! Getting out of Bronze and Silver for the first time was definitely a good feeling. I'm sure I'll get placed in silver this time around, and I don't think I'll make it out this season. I've gotten to the point where I only play a few games a week, so its not easy to climb...unless I hit a 20 game win streak or something.

I got to S1 around 50 lp and it seemed like Riot was teasing me.. AFKs and rage quitters every other game. I went from having a 90% win rate down to 70% overall in a couple days. It was brutal. I won my first two promos and then my third I had an ADC flame and afk 8 min in. The first thing that came to my mind was "here we go, no way I get out of Silver this promo.. the bad luck is fixing to start again."
All it takes to climb is a solid team that doesn't have over the top toxic players and if you're meant to climb you will.
I've always been told "you end up where you belong." Which sure, but sometimes it's damn hard with the community of players. It's luck of the queue a lot I find.

If I don't get hot and go 9-1 in placements and get placed where I was last year I may never make it out. It's such a sigh of relief that I got what I wanted out of ranked early on.
I literally can't wait to play new champs and just enjoy the game in norms. I mained Swain a couple seasons ago, looking forward to messing around on him.

I went 9-1 in placements as well. Placed Silver II (Ended Silver I last season)
Been waiting a few weeks until I started the solo grind again. May take it up this week/weekend and see how it goes.

This is so very true.
You obviously need to be good at what you're doing, but even one toxic player on your team can just frick everything up for that one game.
I'll usually just mute them, but for whatever reason, some players are easily tilted at 3 minutes in and start inting, trolling or just afk because someone said something "mean".

I considered muting people, but muting them doesn't magically make them play normally. They are still going to feed or be toxic to other people as well.
I've gotten a lot better with toxic players over the past season or two, but occasionally one will get to me where I say something back to them.
My absolute favorite is if someone gets caught and I decide not to even bother getting us both killed into a 2v4, they will flash the enemy missing over me for as many pings it'll allow and say I'm trash.
I also got told that Xerath was above my skill cap, and to never play him again.. when I lead the team in damage and had like a 6-7 KDA that game... and we also ended up winning the game. It's all so pointless to try to tilt people like that.

Just an FYI, ADC's can heal through blinds with the Fleet Footwork rune.
Not sure if it's intended but even though the attack "misses", the attacker still gets HP back.
Seems rather stupid if Riot did that on purpose. Totally negates the blinding portion of any ability.

I love checking this thread every month or so just to see what's going on, having uninstalled the game 2-3 years ago and it's almost a page full of complaining about the community

I have had maybe 2 or 3 games this season out of 100 games where some people really dont want to win for some reason. Like the game is an easy win and the adc decides hes going to run around through the jungle all game and farm all the camps and base when they arent up. Still won that game
