The FW game was incredibly painful. The loss to Marines was bad, but at least they clawed it back with a win over WE. You are supposed to lose to SKT (hopefully not look that bad but whatever). A win over FW would have put them ina decent place to contend for fourth.
They get Fizz ahead yet somehow don't get the first tower.... despite the fact that Sven is up too to help Hauntzer. Then they literally just completely shutdown for like 10 minutes and lose multiple towers for nothing despite having a pretty significant gold advantage.

And IMT Xmithie, which seems like a disaster for them. They needed Dardoch to carry and Xmithie can't carry like Dardoch.

Dardoch will probably thrive on a team with proper structure and one in which he doesn't have to be the leader or shotcaller.
That is a huge upgrade for CLG.

TSM is so inconsistent it's maddening. They can get away with it in a season full of bo3's but man it really blows in a bo1 tourney.

Something as simple as turtle tanking the full culling almost cost tsm the game.
Also hate when tsm plays jayce. He's so useless at the time when tsm is best. Late game team fighting.

Yeah, there were some head-scratchers in that game. Idk what Turtle was thinking...he just sat in the middle of the culling without even trying to move.
End game was very exciting though. I thought both teams played it how they should have at the end of the game. G2 had a good idea to take the base while TSM took elder. Then, I think TSM had the right idea to commit to ending the game because a 5 man rush from G2 on a two hit nexus would have been unstoppable.

It's like TSM is REALLY good at taking advantage of the early game spiking of champs like Jayce and securing the lead, but when it comes time to end the game with a comp that falls off, they always waste too much time in the midgame and waste their spike, then end up getting outscaled. If TSM could figure out how to close out games within 25-30 minutes with those kinds of comps, they'd be a really scary team.

Well thats kinda the point of good teams. Very very few teams can end games with a early game comp at this level. SKT is basically the only one.
Also if we dont give away that baron so quickly I think we end the game there basically. Hauntzer was 10 seconds away from ult and would of destroyed them in the pit if he had it

Honestly I just can't wait to see the team with DL's voice back in it. All of this is just filler to me. I really think TSM is going to be a disgusting team this Summer.
I'm also looking forward to seeing how good Gigabyte gets at this tournament. If they got this good scrimming a bunch of GPL shitters, I can't wait to see how good they get with nearly a month of matches against the World's best.
