I was gonna joke that they are gonna make his Stun a skillshot but Bard already has that in his Kit.
as long as he has point and click stun, along with what was stated (heals, armor scaling, armor buffs) , he will remain truly outrageous.
I hope he becomes more than just a troll lastpick into an all AD enemy comp

Just as an FYI, while this new ping sounds good and all. It won't make you any better.

Yeah they said Wichita and Chicago were final two but that Wichita didn't have the infrastructure in place/as far along as Chicago. They said Chicago is the networking capital of the World, which I didn't know, but it's just so far ahead of anywhere else it was an easy choice for them.
