Seems like it was just a hard reset of servers. They've been fine ever since.

How is Nocturne as a jungle? Bought him yesterday. My two best jungle's atm are Volibear and Yi.
Trying to learn Nocturne now.
FTR, a fed Pantheon is a PITA.

His ult has like a 30min cooldown. 
All in all, he's in Tier 2.
Tier 1 seems to be Elise/Eve.
Tier 2 is Vi, Rengar, Nocturne, Panth, other LCS jungle picks, etc.
I have not done well with him in ranked, but maybe that's just b/c i rushed to use him before I really had mastered him.

Found out last night that if you hook a Vlad as Thresh, he can still pool even while he's hooked. fricking stupid.

His ult when used properly is almost always a successful gank that cannot be avoided by warding.

There are only 2 tier 1 jungles, both of which are high skill cap and one is in the process of being gutted. Rengar is probably close to that tier but all in all noc is as viable as any other jungle.

I don't really like the state of the jungle.
With the changes to the game forcing later team comps, and most of the top junglers falling off late, it puts way too much pressure on you to be effective early.
I wish I had seen what Season 2 was like for the jungle.
I dare you to find any player below Platinum that has a decent Lee Sin.
We aren't talking about LCS junglers or newly level 30 players. We're talking about normal people.
Acting like Elise is as hard as Lee Sin is disingenuous.
She did get nerfed, but her cocoon and repel both give her the utility to still make plays.
And Eve's invisibility is a huge bonus.
Like I said, it is debatable.
