It is insanely frustrating. I feel like the 2 weeks would have given them ample amount of time to prepare the servers for an influx of people.
I finally 100% the game last night, but still have a few single player achievements left I guess I can knock out.

It wasn't all that bad. Autosave is a life saver when knocking out all of the stunt jumps though.

I'v been trying since 11 or so.
Finally got the race mission to start around 2 or 3. A couple of hang ups after that but once you finish the tutorial it's a lot of fun.
Once you get past that shite, there are no problems.

Did you leave your game running or did you keep backing out than trying again?
