How do you mute a team member?

Can you jump into a game against people on your friends list? It wouldn't let me last night. I was going to shite all over these LESI scrubs.

I like it. I'm not very good at it but it was clear to me a little communication and team work could wreck shop against most opposition.

I only played TDM for about 2 hours. Didn't try out any other options yet.

Tdm was ok. Just got to get used to third person. I enjoyed it. Even won a gold skin for the lancer


Beast mode was really fun. Berserkers

Tumble shotgunners got on our nerves. Everyone having last stand is sort of lame

Just requires a lot of coordination and teamwork... Steep learning curve

I was playing with randoms. Maybe being in a party put you against better players. There were only a few guys I ran across that were legit.

The shotgun is a mystery to me. I'm not good with it at all. I was mostly trying to flank and work them over with the lancer.

This is definitely a game you cannnot take too serious on multi especially at first. Gotta learn to shoot and move all the time and get coordinated with the movement and weapons.
But once you somewhat get the hang of it you forget about the shotty's because you'll be using one, you forget about the last stand because you like doing executions to shite on their faces.
It is really a good game and I love the multi, I'm not great at it but i just enjoy a "different" game every once and a while.

Whats the deal with ranked MATCHES. I havent playef any buy my rank still goes up?

matchmaking for horde and beast is terrible.

it won't match me up with anybody half the time. if it does find a match, it's only after waiting 3 minutes or more. usually it never connects. pretty aggravating.

versus matchmaking is nice and speedy, but I fricking suck at versus modes so I'm not really in the mood for it.

naturally the game mode I want to play is giving me a hard time.

first day or two, i had zero problems connecting to any gametype.

this bullshite with horde and beast just started happening. I don't mind playing alone, but every now and again I like trying to play with a group. the unwashed masses are a crapshoot, but I'd rather have randoms than nothing...

past few times I've tried, I've let it sit for 10 minutes trying to connect to a game before I lose my patience and go it alone.

oh well, that's enough bitching for now.

I'm not reading all the Gears of War novels to better understand one character's appearance.

I've developed my own idea of who she is and the origins of the locust by filling in some of the blanks from all the games, but I'd go into spoilers territory and I'm apparently not supposed to do that.
