The MM are boring and BoS are lame. That leaves me with the RR and Institute.
Institute at first reminded me of the Enclave, but not quite as disconnected. The Institute developed their technology where as the Enclave had been made by politicians paging someone else to secure and develope technogies post war.
I'll probably side with the Institute going into the DLC.

I was disappointed in the Institute ending. However, I do believe it would be sweet as hell to have synth helpers as you go through DLC.
