Have not seen anything official, but have to imagine it will be. Especially since transfers have always been in the game.

Hopefully they'll have the ability to turn NIL and the portal off. I don't know if I'll wanna re-recruit my entire roster every year. Maybe has the option for classic transfers instead

as long as it’s an option. Could be fun to play with as well, especially since to me recruiting was the best part anyway. Like just gave a classic dynasty option
