I haven't logged into D3 in a good while and tbh.. I don't miss it at all. That makes me sad, I wanted so much more out of D3. I never even got to 60 yet.. 59

That's incorrect. The Annual Pass wasn't even available until October of last year, which means that scenario can't possibly have even had the chance to occur. If he cancelled, he did it before October, when the first possible chance to cancel without breaking contract, and in that situation, Blizzard did nothing wrong.

My DPS just went down like 20k because of attack speed nerf. Sunova..
Also costed me 19k gold to repair after dying 3 times in a row.

Well if it was overnerfed then that means my wiz just completely sucks. I died 3 times in a row by a blue pack soon as I logged in.

I intend to combat this by.
1) getting more armor/resist/vita gear and playing defensively
2) finding gear that ignores durability loss
3) more gold find gear I guess

It's the new blizzard. Get used to it or just quit now and save yourself the headache. I havent/wornt be able to play the new patch till Fridayish. The game will go through alot more changes before its where they like it IMO. I have every character to lvl 60 Cept wd(34) and wizard(0) takes the grind out Of inferno with my monk. The DH was to easy in inferno. Waiting to take my barb thru. I like diablo 3 but I can see why people don't.
