Glitched into Crotas end. I'm streaming if anyone's interested.

There's a glitch you can do to enter the first part of the Crotas end raid. You can only get so far until you deadend. Found two ghosts though.

Someone mind explaining leveling up past 20 and light gear?

Just killed a bunch of bad guys and did a strike on mars for xp only to realize I wasn't getting xp anymore. wtf is this witchcraft

20-30 are earned by upgrading armor. Each armor piece has a "light" attribute that goes up as you level up the gear. More light = higher levels.

Blues have light too. Just not as much

Blues max out at 24 I believe. Non-Raid legendary armor max out at 27 (or is it 29?). Legendary raid gear and current exotics max out for sure at 30.

So if you want to hit 30, you need to run the raid multiple times until you get one of each armor pieces to drop. The raid helmets only drop on hard mode so if you want 30 before doing the hard raid, buy yourself an exotic helmet from Xur when he sells one for your class.

Be aware that in the raid, the existing raid loot table generator does not factor in what you have received previously at any point. So you could come away with 3 of the same piece of armor in one raid and receive the same in later raids. The upcoming crotas end raid is supposed to factor into the loo table offerings what you have previously received in prior crotas end raids and even if you get the same weapon/armor piece, there will be multiple variants of the same item where if you got one item previously and get the same item in a later raid, the perks are almost certain to be different. I like this idea and RNG revision because if you get the same weapon/armor that may have gotten in a prior raid raid will have different abilities and may fit your personal play style and preferences better. As it sits now with tVOG, all items are the same.
