Beat the lost sinner on the third try....I will confirm Scruffy that the tower shield is a huge help. That and the ring that rejenerateds stamina faster are a deadly combo.

Even with maneater mildred...she gave me problems. Died to her 360 aoe fire blast more times than I should of.
apparently ima have to come back here to go into the great hollow. Yay.
Got all the items in the swamp. Eagle shield will get good use. I did find quelags sister and joined that covenant
Made it back up to firelink thru londo ruins. Guide has me going back to darkroot to fight sif.

Made it to anor lando
sens fortress ends up being one of my favorite levels of any game all time. Designed very well.
Got most of the secrets. Although i fell into the pits and saw 4 titanite demons...homeward boned out of that mess
can't wait to meet these archers

Made it to the painted world of ariamis.
got cornered by two fire breathing toxic hollows.
done for the evening. Anor londo looks badass. Tightrope walking while dealing with the painting guardians was intense.
