I found a Portal custom server that is BF3 everything, infantry focused, Rush. It's fricking awesome.

Agree. On some of the spots in the middle of the map it’s impossible not to get shot from any and all directions, while trying to blow up a tank, and not get fricked by a helicopter

ETA: and maybe it’s because I’ve been playing solo for the most part, but it feels damn near impossible to hold an objective at times

Actually got around to playing some Breakthrough, and actually enjoyed it quite a bit. Still working out all the lame specialist stuff, but hacking vehicles with Rao and C5ing them, or using the AA missile is pretty fun.

Conquest though is a complete distaster because of how big some of the maps are. If you don't get a vehicle at the beginning you're absolutely screwed.

Yeah I'm trying figure out how to spawn into a transport at the beginning, but for some reason it's impossible.

this infuriates me to no end. Basically if you dont get one your frickign running for the next 5 min with no points cause the flags will be capped before you get there. I cant stand running forever then getting sniped cause there is hardly any cover while im trying to get to an objective. everytime i attempt to call in a vehicle none are available so im basically just running. Its battlefield not runningfield.

I have no idea on this specialists bullshite. I just basically use Boris and set up a sentry and camp a flag that is pretty close to others as that's where the action is more steady. Which guy has the robot dog thing that follows you? I cant see to find that gadget under any of the specialists. Also i have no idea how to equip the grenade belt under Sundance. I just hate specialists. Maybe i just need to try them more.

I hate the fact that I run missiles but always run out and never find ammo crates. No one hardly uses them cause most people dont last long enough to need them. Same way with med crates.

Im hoping with a couple patches and new maps they will hit the mark. It just doesnt have the feel of a battlefield game to me so far. I wouldnt mind smaller maps and less people or more vehicles for these huge maps. If Im not hanging around claimed flags then I just feel like im running most of the game trying to find action

I havent tried portal yet but every time I check there is like 2-3 people on a server.

You can call in vehicles anywhere on the map baw. That and Fido. Always call in Fido. He’s a baw.

When I do the pop up menu it says call in unavailable most of the time.

I’ve only had that problem at the very beginning and I’d just wait 30 seconds and it would let me call it in.

The switch load out guy. But the ammo resupplies with the ammo crate so you can just bring the ammo crate in and plop it down and pick up more explosive ammo as you go

Seen so many clips of people doing crazy shite with it. Cracks me up like old BF times seeing a hovercraft scaling the side of a skyscraper.

Bugs the hell out of me running around with a Thompson as a kraut, I want to equip the mp40 how the frick do I?

Fixed a rare occurrence in Hazard Zone that would sometimes cause the End of Round flow to not activate correctly, ensuring that the correct amount of bonus XP was awarded.
Repaired an issue found in Hazard Zone that could cause players to be shown on the Map when they were not visible, or spotted.
Provided a fix for Hazard Zone players who were not seeing their Extraction Streaks updating correctly.

Reddit is absolutely destroying the game, but I'm enjoying it lot. The only map I don't like is Hourglass (and last night had to play it 3 times in a row because of no Playlist), so if I play I just hang out and fight over A sector.

Honestly if they added some POI to sector A just that area would make a great smaller infantry mode map.

It’s not perfect and I’m sure they will improve it. It’s total madness in big conquest games but I enjoy it haven’t gotten to squad up with my buddies yet, I’m thinking that will help
