Small OC of +50 Core +0 Mem and broke 20 with no problem.
I really need to improve my physics score and bench with my 3770K @ 4.8+

only on the uber high models. AMD is a better price for performance at virtually every other price point.
Not really, AMD and nVidia are extremely close at the top with a 7970Ghz taking the lead.
nVidia owns the Mid to lower tier though. I'm a huge advocate for AMD's APU they are pushing out. That is the future of mobile and SFF gaming.

Nice. I'm stuck at just under 17,000 and my PC is crashing during 3DMark now. I think the latest nVidia drivers hurt me.

coyote,
curious as to why you want/need 2 of these Titans, what's the end game/goal?

As I PC enthusiast I just enjoy building systems with new tech. Just is a hobby, fun thing to do and discuss.
Not really about gaming for me since I have little time to game.
ETA:
Blue, Puff, VA
Will post pics tomorrow and submit my 3DMark score on reddit.

So you test it out and then resell it or do you keep the best equipment and sell the older stuff?

A little bit of both. I ran through a few cards in 2012
This is just my gaming rigs GPUs through 2012
Had 1 x GTX 560Ti 2GB
Had 3 x GTX 670 FTW 2GB (Only 2 at the same time)
Had 2 x GTX 670 SC 4GB
Recently just sold my GTX 690
GPUs and CPUs hold their value extremly well when selling 2nd hand. Also you have a 30day RMA policy with NewEgg and most companies, this makes it easy to test.
I really just like messing with the latest, that is all. Hobby.. interest.
Don't crucify me when Blue is doing the same thing every couple of months.

how did you like the ftws vs the SC 4gbs? What did you end up selling each for? what was the best out of those setups?

Let me check ebay.
The SC 4GBs I almost got retail value and the FTWs I RMA'd 2 and sold 1.
What happen with the FTWs I purchased then about 20days later the 4GBs dropped and at that time I wanted to test surround gaming. So RMA'ed the last 2 I purchased and sold the first FTW (probably one of the first to go ship out)
As for the FTW vs the SC 4GBs.
IDK, they were used in different set ups so not comparing Apples to Apples. The FTWs were used for a single 1080 and the SC 4GBs were used in surround 5760x1080.
Alone the FTWs clocked higher than the SC 4GBs but together they gave me terrible microstutter and didn't clock great. The SC 4GBs were much smoother with a little less microstutter and clocked pretty well.
So I can't really give you a break down of 1v1 or apples to apples. Two set ups with two different goals.

if you were in the market for 670 SC 4gb what would you pay now? 325? 350?
the 2gb ftws seemed to bench a little better but not enough that i would prefer it over the SC with 4gb. buying a ftw would be a lateral move for my windforce 670 anyway.
I sure like the look of the 670 SC 4gb but if I can't get one for 325ish then I may as well pay a bit more for a 7970. It would give me 3gb of vram with noticeably better framerates over a 670.

And you get the higher memory bus with the 7970 for higher resolutions

right so the 7970 would be a good choice if I wanted to invest another 100+ into a single gpu, but if I can get a 4gb sc 670 then for 20-30 bucks more than what I sell my current 670 for then that would work pretty well too.

You can get a 7970 for $360.
And get two awedome games with it (I sold my codes for $65)
