I honestly have no nostalgia for the PS1, or at least not enough to want this for $100. PS1 graphics really don't hold up, and I would be hard pressed to go back to no dual analog.
ETA Still seeing they only announced 5 games. Tekken 3 is a good one.

they definitely don't. the "3D" games are much harder to play now due to the graphics than the 2D stuff from the NES/SNES/SEGA Genesis era. That's all my own personal opinion though.

I think it's meant to represent the flash memory inside the PS Classic. Press the Open Disc button to change games.

My PS1 memories revolve around Crash Bandicoot, MGS, Medal of Honor, and sports/racing games so the Playstation Classic isn't for me. No worries though, I still have my PS1.

my only enjoyable memories were the Driver series. and even then i hated it because i swore they devs never gave us enough time to get to the destinations. i hated that timer.

mine involve trying to figure out which college football game to get...Gamebreaker or NCAA Football. So one year I said...
Both were fun in their own way. Unfortunately, these days the companies dont' like to compete with each other.

actually, i just realized that they're talking about the power cord. i was thinking it was the "RCA" cables.
yeah, that kinda sucks. you have to plug the console into a USB power source instead of the wall outlet. i guess the USB port on a tv would work.

Anyone crying about the lack of an AC adapter is likely looking for something to sing the blues about. Who among us doesn't have about a dozen different USB-A AC plugs in their house at this point?
