I have two guys that somehow get the right blocks. My RB has some running skills that help him, speed, elusiveness. If your blockers pick up the guys in the beginning it's all up to you to make a cut here or there. I sometimes make cuts when it looks like nothing is there. This has just become a trend over the last couple of seasons. These two guys are SR's and it will be back to the drawing board.

Mt WR doesn't have the acceleration speed that the RB has. He is slow, but gains momentum after a couple of seconds, And his trucking or some other category makes him harder to bring down. I have practiced it a lot. I kept wondering why the RB with all his talent couldn't return one for a TD. I was able to understand the initial route I was taking wasn't allowing my blockers to block the gunners coming down field. I would make moves too early and the blockers , I guess were off balanced and would get blown up.

There is a return rating for each player. I'm assuming that is the rating for returning kicks. I know that is one thing, but like I said it's more of that players attributes that lets him make moves or allows him to escape a defender. My RB goes down pretty easily, if he gets touched. He is very good in the open field. Sometimes speed alone will be the difference.

Practice it with different guys returning in a game. You will see the differences, between these and make your own determination.

It isn't a glitch. It truly is having the right guys, returner and making the right cuts if the blocks hold up. I wish I could record some of them, because you will see me juke, cut back, bait a blocker into their defender, and tippy toe the sideline.

Tried to get it in, but I couldn't. I started to sim it real quick and after 3 quarters my team was losing 24-6 wtf. I quit it, and will take my restart. I will play it later tonight.

Peaster and I have been in a heated, season-long recruiting battle for the #4 WR, a five star beast.

We are now both getting housed by Arkansas State, who now somehow has a 1,000 point lead on both of us.

I think I am going to struggle next year. My 2 areas of weakness, QB and DE, aren't getting any help from incoming recruits. I'm losing my 2 good WRs and my RB. I have the #2 class right now, and there are some good players in it, they just play all the wrong positions.

interesting.

I have a stable of DE`s. They may not be great, but I have plenty for 4 years.

I`m good at QB for a few years as well.

Thanks for not leaving me anything else from Cali to work with.

Maybe instead of beating me out of every WR,CB,ATH,LB,the last 2 seasons, then maybe you could`ve gotten a DE.

See you soon in the CC.

So we can have a restart no matter what? Like losing in the 4th and say uh oh? Just trying to clarify for my future reference.

UNC is set up fairly well on offense for next year as my QB is an 81 and a SO and receivers are JR's and mid 80's. (Shut it people, that's good for us haha)

Defense though is gonna be scary, specifically linebacker. Gotta take it game by game though! The computer had 5 players signed when I took over...all under 60 haha

Initially, the restart was supposed to be for game freezes and what not, but you could never know if someone had a legitimate loss or a freeze or power outage or other circumstance.

It became an issue at one time with some former members always having crazy stories as to why they had all these restarts. Now it is used however you would like. Some guys do it when a star player is injured or whatever. That is up to you. I use them if I lose to the CPU.

Everyone gets one a season, only for the Regular season.
Not against a user or Conference Championship or Bowl game.

FYI: it always shows 2 restarts when you actually only had one. All of us older members know this.

BUTT, does the book I wrote on the special teams, help you understand some of ways I am able to score a lot of TD's?

yes I did. And after subbing my best players into kick return and practicing and practicing I came to realize something. You're just better at it than me

I have just been able to accomplish this the last two seasons. It may just come crashing down after these two SR's leave.

I may have noticed the cpu's tendencies and that may give me a slight advantage, but until next season, I really don't know.

What I do know is, I get some good blocks most of the time and a make cpu defenders run into my guys, who then pick up blocks.

those videos screwed me up more than help me.

Pressure the QB against the CPU and that will help. Stopping the CPU on our settings, is not an easy job. It is all luck of the draw on which time the CPU will go into frick you mode which makes them impossible to stop.
