Thanks, glad to be back. It's going to take me awhile to learn my playbook again and get use to playing defense. I couldn't make a stop last night. I'll get my game and recruiting in tonight.

You really want to be petty? Come on man..I was just poking my head in and saying Hi...no need for dumb things like that.

The end of me in dynasties was off of not being able to play in a game that was scheduled with you I believe, or something to those parts..the game was simmed or played and then cry me a river occurred...so no need to go down memory lane. I phased these online play games out of my life because I have things that are going on that take up that time. If I was single, lonely, and in college or something yes I could do this. But it is very tough for someone who has kids and also work normal work hours to balance this lifestyle. For those who do, I applaud you. My free time I love to just get to do the things I want to do. I don't want to have to schedule an online game with someone I don't even know and throw off my schedule with my family. Family first

Locked up my RB I need for next year. Gonna be a monster.

Jury is still out. It's just me and a few friends and we are just starting. Just advanced to week 3 of our first season.

Got ya. We had a PS4 over a year and didn't get online play because my son played the most, and if we played we played against each other. Around Christmas break I let him do a couple days free and he got into the Madden online team stuff, so he put up half and I put up the other half and now we're online...I play mainly 2K if I get online, but not too often.

As far as the "backhand compliments"....atleast I've moved on with my life. I'm not coming in here to be bitter or do anything wrong. I'm just coming shoot the shite.

From the time period that I left til now they have had tons of similar situations occur for the reason why I was no longer playing in the dynasty. It was just blown way out of proportion...and like I said, I'm happy I'm not apart of this anymore or it went the way it did because it was taking up way too much time in my life. I truly applaud anyone that has kids and work a normal schedule to balance this lifestyle along with a regular life.

nah...I've seen plenty of times where guys disappear and yall have to move on the dynasty and advance and its no biggie. Or someone cant play their game with another user so things just move along.

for some reason it was blown up when we went through that little debacle even after you said to play the game...

All water under the bridge now as its all irrelevant, yet you are still holding some sort of "grudge" against a user name that is typing to you online that you don't even know nor ever met, nor will ever meet....

that's why I don't get the grudge, move along...just chill and relax.

9's has done wonders with this..also since the game hasn't rebooted and there isn't as much popularity behind playing a game that is multiple years old it makes it easy for a small group to chug along and keep its "chillness" and "lax" moode

I think the biggest difference is we have people who are willing to play and have time in their lives to play. Our current members are not trashing anyone's team and are playing by the rules that are outlined against users. It's not complicated, when people are willing to adjust their schedules and if they can't , they don't mind their games being simulated.

Anyone in here is willing to give pointers and help anyone who is struggling with their team. Not having to wait two or three days for an advance when everyone has played and communicating with the Dynasty members is what keeps this league happy and fun. HTF had issues with those things, because he had a busy life with his kids and all. It was taking its toll on us at one time and the league was becoming stale.

Like I said it was so serious back in the day, not as much towards the end of me playing but that mentality was still there with some of the core guys...really happy to see things toned down, it works out a lot better that way.

I didn't pay attention that much, what happened to him? I do know he had a busy schedule and when he held the keys to the ship it was difficult to reach him at times especially when everyone else was ready or waiting on things...

When everyone suggested I take over, he was less active and I guess quit without telling us. We waited a season to see if he would show back up and then when he didn't I booted him along with some of the others.

Some of those guys moved on to ps4 and a madden league.
