Just played my game against Ole Miss. Nebraska won 66-14. The Blackshirt D was flying around all day. Held OM to 1 yard rushing. The O relied on QB J. Russ as he passed for 398 and 7 TDs and RB P. Davis who ran for 158 and 2 TDs.

Survived a scare @ Stanford. Beware of FU mode. It appeared last week against PC, I believe and now this week.
I scored on my first offensive play of the game and didn't score again until the third quarter. Stanford forced fumbles on two possessions and that helped them hold a lead for awhile.
Fast forward into the 4th, they are running and milking the clock, forcing me to use timeouts. I hold them to a twenty- something yard FG and I now trail by 3 with around 1:20 left. I return the kickoff to midfield and have no timeouts left. It's 4th down and 9 and they blitz, leaving my TE open for a first down. I have to actually milk some of the clock now, thinking I may score too quickly. I end up running it in for a TD with 9 seconds. They complete one pass for about 30 yards and have a shot at a Hail Mary, but my secondary was able to knock it down.

Peaster beat them pretty bad. They are in my conference, so this game sometimes makes teams play better when it's a conference game or a rivalry game. Those are the ones to watch out for when you play the CPU.

It takes a while to get used to playing Stanford. They are always due for at least one long TD run on me. You can never lose contain on them when they run those stretch plays or they will burn you.

We have PC, Tigerbeast, Wilda.
WILDA won't be back until Thursday. We can wait until then, especially since we have others who have not played just yet.
