In other news, I think its time to get serious about potential changes before we start next year. As I have stated multiple times, I think we should get all of the original members of the dynasty to leave the dynasty then rejoin at the same team. That way everyone will have the same head coach experience rating at 20. Simply put, I cannot keep up with you guys in recruiting. Even if I kill it, I will always be behind those who can put more time towards recruits, get insta-commits, and get more points during visits. I think this should be a quick/easy resolution, and it will not effect anything other than coach exp. Discus...

GP, You may be right to a certain level. TCU and is in the same boat as you with the coach rating and he seems to be pulling in talent. I believe Tittie is in that boat as well and won the league.
It took me awhile to get mine going, but some of that is from me trying to recruit players that didnt fit my style or too highly ranked for my team. I get 3 and 4 stars, but I dont get many 5 stars.

GP, I totally missed what you were saying about the original members retiring and then coming back. That doesnt seem like a horrible idea to me.I just wasnt sure i wanted to start all the way over, but if i can pick up my team where it is now, that wouldnt be so bad.

I'm good with retiring then joining back....don't want to start over because as soon as someone joins we are back in the same boat....plus I don't want to start over.

I'm good with players leaving - no juniors leaving early. I'm on the cpu, so I can't hit the green button.
As far as the coach thing, I'm willing to go along with whatever you guys want. If we all retire and rejoin, won't we then all be behind where the "new" guys are now?
It bears further research, but I think I remember reading that they patched the xp error, but that it only affected dynasties that were started after a certain date. If that's accurate it could play into a decision about a restart with different rosters. Not necessarily advocating that idea, just mentioning what I read. (I also could be totally wrong)

We would retire and comeback and get the 20 coaching points right off the bat, which is where they currently are.

I wish we could get to that. We should've been past this stage yesterday to be honest.
We have two users who haven't posed in here recently, and one who hasn't posted today.
I don't want to be the a-hole who ruined their season, because they needed to talk guys into staying. However, we as a group will not wait forever with zero communication.
