It's all bout the school you have, man. He brings in the same talent in our other dynasty with his USC squad. I'm pretty sure the game is designed to make the real life powerhouse schools get all the talent. USC, Bama, OhioST, Texas, etc.

Btw, I noticed it when I was playing Wilda, and checked it just now. I'm pretty sure I'm not earning coach experience like the rest of you. My coach is still the same level as he was when I started and my coach XP in the bottom right corner is always 0/6000

My coach is a lvl 12, my DC is a 50 (it's mark dantonio so I'm assuming he got fired but had a bunch of exp?), and my OC is like a 20 IIRC
