MW2 is absolute BS

Is it fun? sometimes. Most of the time just maddening.
This is what you get when a bunch of nerds try to make a realistic game. They should stick to fantasy star trek nerd shite in which they excel.
Just a few recent games:
- 6 shotgun blasts from 5ft away and I die.
- Put M21 to back of head of a camper. 5 shots point blank, none register, he turns around and I die.
- ACR with red dot = 3 round kill across the map. Put a thermal on it and it recoils like mad.
- Various snipers. Shots sometimes dont bother to register. 5 shots to the chest medium range. None register.
- Sniper with silencer - at least two or more shots to kill sometimes including the head. Did the silencer change the caliber? Nerds at IW must think so.
- Shotgun blast to the chest only to still be knifed. Many AR rounds into knifers yet they win.
- The fig with two yellow bars. I don't know how many matches I've played where the only guy with yellow bars owns everyone. Hard to kill him cause he is not really where he appears to be on your screen.
- Spawn and move 5ft, die.
- Matchmaking is a fricking joke and I have a 20mbs connection.
Countless more times I yell fricking bullshite while playing. The hosting system is crap. At the heart of the problem lies good ole greed from the Jew at Activision. No servers like EA. If COD4 was groundbreaking, this one is a total failure.
Better camp or run really fast.

YUP its got some cool shite in it but the gameplay is fricking rigged and all around terrible. from the excessive camping to the rantards who lightweight/commando/melee and knife all game on its a bunch of fricking BULL shite. dont get me started on the shotguns.........i almost threw my controller into my new TV tonight bc of it but i woosa-ed and just turned it off.

They need to get rid of all non-hardcore game modes. I emptied at least 10 straight SCAR rounds into a guy's back and he had the time to turn around and pop me twice with a shotgun in the chest from 15-20 feet away and kill me on Free for All.
Also, Skidrow is quite possibly the gayest map in existence. If you get a care package on Highrise, you can forget about being able to get it yourself. I've dropped about 10 or so care packages on that place and have only been able to get 2 of them and I always place them on the corners of the open area.

Chances are if you're thinking people should be dead(and by the situations you described, they should be) and they aren't dying.. it's your connection or a bad host.
I play on PS3 and when I'm at home I lag and struggle because we have crappy middle tiered DSL. At my apartment with T1 though... it's way better.
Other than that, if you don't like the game I suggest you don't play. It has a steep learning curve and if you don't make it over the hill you have two options:1. Find good friends to play with because you will improve and win with them on your team. 2. Find another game.
FWIW I had to take a break from it before I got the hang of it, and I still get pissed at it.

I don't know what you people are talking about. It never takes more than two or three rounds from any assault rifle to get a kill. I shot a guy in the legs with a FAMAS last night from across the map and got a kill. Just shoot in short bursts. That increases your accuracy.

the only thing that pisses me off about the game is the range on shotguns, then add that akimbo does not effect accuracy and it's better to just shut the game off and come back to it later than get pissed.
and note to developers. HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A 50cal SNIPER RIFLE?????? why does every army game insist on including this gun. It is not the type of gun you can run around with and shoot from a standing positions. your shoulder would end up about 20 yards behind you.

i played WAW with him last weekend, i wasn't very good (for those exact reasons). i played WAW last week on XBOX, most games i went 35-10, 27-10, 39-9 ect (domination). i was lukcy to go 10-10 on PS3
