I love it, but my RTTS got messed up.
I love the building up of a players' skills, but one thing bothers me...your running speed and arm strength shouldn't start off in the 30s or 40s. You either have them or you don't.
So I bought some training points...enough to drive the arm strength into the low 90s and speed into the high 70s. I like to play a SS. I also had some leftover points so I bumped durability up a bit (somewhere in the 60s). I then assigned my guy to the Yankees, figuring in a couple of years I could take over Jeter's spot. My backup position is OF.
Apparently the Yankees had horrible depth at SS and OF in the organization. After about two months, the Yanks traded some players and bumped me from AA to starting SS in the majors. I backed out of the file and reloaded the last save...many times. This scenario happened every time.
Now I can't hit for shite. Through a couple of weeks I'm batting like .160 with a ton of strikeouts. Jeter went from a DH after I got promoted to the starting SS. Now I'm a backup but start a lot of games in RF or LF.
I actually enjoy playing through the minors. I love the small time feel of the stadiums. The easier competition lets me put up better stats...but still realistic for a future star.
I think I'm going to have to restart my Dynasty. Any thoughts on the quick call up? My overall player wasn't very good...just strong arm and decent speed. Avg was low .300s with only 1 HR (power was starting to become respectable). Was it just a fluke for being in the right organization, or did bumping a few abilities make it happen?

I started with the cubs, got traded to the white sox which I was super pissed about. I have been traded 4 times in 3 years, to me this shouldnt happen.

Look at Anthony Rizzo, it could happen.

after 2 RTTS's i had one SS and he went half year AA then the rest of the year in AAA then got called up, and hes garbage so i started a starting pitcher, 1 full year in AA 1 full year in AAA and now starting for the dodgers, that advancement through the leauges was awsome, got to see most stadiums (zephyr field is terrible) and get my stts to a respectable level, i have real good starts but gets rattled easy and starts leaving things dead center.... im tryng to get traded again ASAP

Do people make the actual minor league rosters available for download? That would be awesome.

Yes.
ETA: We've got 7 of 8 spots filled in the TD online league, if anyone wants last spot.
