Microsoft Closing Multiple Studios

i couldn't decide on a reaction so i posted all three of them.

It’s a panic move because the walls are closing on Xbox and Gamepass. Also why you saw this “test” of three games on Nintendo and Sony consoles, more will follow.

They want to make money and Xbox and Gamepass just aren’t cutting it.

Meanwhile PS5 just released a banger of an exclusive….well 2 if you count rebirth.

Gamepass may be killing itself.

New Vegas was my favorite fallout game. While I would love to see them work on another Fallout title, or even an Elder Scrolls title, I think they could be so much more. I think I'm one of the few people that enjoyed Alpha Protocol despite its flaws, but if they could refine something like that instead of being under a tight schedule then I really believe they could be the second coming of old school Bioware like many thought that they would be.

I spend most of my time on PC now, but I used to have some cautious optimism that Xbox could turn it around at some point. I don’t really have that optimism anymore. What a clown show.

just listen to recent interviews from Howard, Tim Cain, people from Obsidian that worked on NV, none of this animosity actually exists

and people constantly forget that NV was essentially an expansion, Bethesda did the ground work, Obsidian didn't have to figure out things like shooting mechanics and could put more effort into story and add factions
