Last of Us...I know I'm late to the party..

I have been playing Last of Us the last week or so since its in my backlog..
Holy shite... I just got to the flooded basement in the Pittsburgh Hotel. That area is pretty fricking creepy when immersed in the game with headphones on. That fricking bloater has kicked my arse 3 times.
Its been a while since a game was this difficult for me. I'm loving it.

My brother didn't care for it either...if you don't like 3PS or slowish cerebral games you probably won't enjoy it

I decided to run past most of the enemies down there so when I powered up the generator and the keycard didn't immediately work I was so pissed

You pretty much have to run for it. It may take a couple of tries but fighting will take forever and waste supplies.

the one thing I thought this game needed more of were those crafting benches. there were what, like 4 or 5 the whole game? really cramped my gun upgrading style.

Yep, I had an awesome hunting rifle towards the end of single player though.

I couldn''t get enough of this game. I never complete play throughs more than once but I completed this one 3 times and will probably do another 3 when it's out for PS4. Dat multiplayer too. Most fun I've ever had with online MP. Can't wait to play it again.

A masterpiece? Nah, it's a very solid game with some very obvious flaws -- horrible AI and aggravating, clunky combat mechanics.
