There was zero DLC with FO, right? Man it would be nice to get a new planet or two.

Or on an in-detail Star Destroyer. But yeah, I'd love to see Alderaan for the hell of it or Dagobah with some possible Yoda interaction.

Which could be why he treats Luke so differently than he treated Anakin. Maybe Luke would remind him of Cal and cause him to use a different approach.

He was kind of a prick to Anakin.

SoO is the most bullshite boss fight

I cheesed it a bit and had the droids help me fight. It was distracted and I'd go in and give him a few whacks here and there. Had him about halfway done by the time all the droids were dead. After that I had enough stims to make it through

I hardly struggled with any boss fight until that last Dagan Gera fight. frick that shite I died more times to him than I did when I fought Trilla at the end of Fallen Order. Really it’s just when he gets you on the ceiling…Jesus

My first boss struggle (needing more than 3 attempts) has been Rayvis. The first phase I can get him no problem but the second phase I can’t seem to get him more than half health.

I’m on Jedi Master difficulty and considering bumping down to get this fight done. I only have 6 stims and it wont let me fast travel out in order to go explore and farm points/stims….so I’m stuck until I beat him

Lol…I probably tried 10-15 times before making my previous post, and the very first attempt after making it I beat him without having to lower the difficulty. Sometimes you just have to step away for a few minutes I guess

Have any of my PC bros noticed a spike in system RAM usage after patch 5? I’m seeing usages of 20+GB of system RAM in use after the patch with nothing (of import) running in the background. Doesn’t bother me as I have 32GB, but I could see that fricking with people’s shite.

For whatever reason, I didn't have any trouble with Dagan at all. Beat him first try both times. Final boss and Rayvis took me forever though.

On Fallen Order, Trilla was certainly rough, but out of both of these games, Taron Malicos was the hardest for me BY FAR. I probably died fighting him more times than all other bosses combined. I think it took me like 3 straight days before I finally beat him

IMO Fallen Order is a slightly more difficult game part of that is the map, way its constructed, less freedom to make your own way, etc. Also what difficulty youre on is pertinent to this convo. Ravis is so fricking easy all the way trough jedi Master and on Gransmaster he is by far the most difficult story boss even above the final boss which is a 10-13 min fight on grandmaster. Ravis is likely more difficult than Rancor and Spawn of O on grandmaster.

For him and maybe 3 other boss encounters outside the story I had to turn slow mode on in the options during my recent fresh non ng+ grandmaster run just to get the precise parry dodge and perfect dodge windows down for their massive moveset sometimes. Rayvis moveset has got to be the biggest in the entire game.

As I thought. They’re too stupid and definitely no where skilled enough to play a game like this on GM. But Starfield will be the best game since since since…. Fall out 4…according to them

My only rival who I know for fact isn’t incompetent and a casual gamer who doesn’t know shite about it by and large who I have much respect for is vinegar strokes and all you homos stalking me since I just began posting after roughly 5-7 days ruin the nice rivalry me and him used to have going.

Little performance tip for my PC brethren: because CPU optimization is so terrible in this game, I’m actually seeing a performance improvement by playing on Epic and turning on RT. Not in raw fps, obviously, but because it’s taxing my GPU so hard, it’s become more rare that I’m switching into a CPU bound state, which is what causes those really nasty stutters. So even though my frame rate is a bit lower, I’m finding it to be much smoother.

Have the many patches helped yall at all? PS5 is close to as perfect as you can ask now.

Still nowhere near perfect, but if the game had released in its current state, I think people would have been happy with it. Hopefully they do a bit more polishing going forward, especially when it comes to weird CPU bound areas. But, I’m thoroughly enjoying the experience in its current state.

I ran FPS checks and all that shite on the my game earlier I averaged about 58.6 fps in performance mode and a solid 30 fps lock in quality mode, The biggest remaining issue on ps5 is some pop in all in the same 4 or so areas and screen tearing. But it is noticeably soooo much better the cantina was by biggest gripe at launch id wait at the door for 45 sec for it to load now im in almost as soon as i get to the door.

I am blown away with how fast and with how much effort has gone into trying to get this game into its best possible state. Its rare as hell in this age.

I’ve crashed only maybe 3 times on ps5 since I got the game at launch. The only other issue I’ve had was during the Jedha assault when it gave me the prompt to bring the boulders down onto a Walker and the buttons didn’t do what they were supposed to do. I restarted and it worked fine. Otherwise I haven’t had any problems

The saloon is actually my largest frustration at this point. It’s a tiny, enclosed area with constant stuttering because I become CPU bound for no apparent reason. It should literally have the best performance of any area in the game, and it’s consistently the worst.

Saloon/Cantina same thing.

The only time i get noticeable screen tear or pop in or anything taking me out of the game is trying to enter the saloon/bar/cantina sometimes, loading into any fast travel spot located within ramblers reach, flying into ramblers via bird, jump flip dash etc, whateva, and then oddly enough times at shattered moon and the observatory Ravis fight can be heavy as hell on the graphics system so can Dagans final they both test the shite out of that SSD fight can be heavy as hell on the graphics system..

And please anyone who thinks Ravis was a bit too easy ( I thought this on Jedi Master) please go try him out on Grandmaster, youre welcome and enjoy your buttfricking and him regenerating. Which to be fair he may always regen but no one noticed since we dpsed the frick out of him without having to perfect parry block or dodge/perfect dodge each hit while blocking blaster fire and pulling rockets to angle and push back to him.

My first GM victory on Ravis was embarrassing as frick. I loaded up any turtle perk I could and used cross guard and double blade for highest Defense. It took about 38 minutes because I just ran and hit him in the back once when I could. Slow mode is also super awesome for learning tight as hell dodge and parry timings which imo arent even tight until GM. OR just the move set of an enemy. As long as you just use it to learn then quit out and take it for real I dont see why it should frowned on.

Query: is there any purpose/reward for doing tears again, or is just for funsies?
