It's BlizzCon today and there's no thread (Updated for Day 2)

My goodness has blizzard fallen hard. Diablo 4 news today supposedly. Everything i've seen from it looks like a reskinned D3 so i'm going to be out.

From a usually spot on leaker. I'll be excited about a D2 remaster and they've taken several D4 concepts back to the drawing board because of criticism from the fans. They have added a new passive tree that is similar to PoE but not near as daunting. Ready to see what they have in store.

So I just watched part of the Overwatch 2 broadcast and it looks like the same heroes and maps. That can’t be right, can it? It’s been five years, I thought we’d get all new heroes and maps but it looks like an add-on. And at the beginning of the broadcast the guy says he hopes it’s not just an add-on but a replacement for the first game.
Looks exactly the same with a few new perks and dynamic weather on existing maps.

They talked a lot about “leveling up your character,” and it looks like there will be skill trees with different unlocks. How do you balance that with random players on your team? Like if the Soldier on your team has different skills than other Soldiers it will be a bitch to figure that out.
